SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
As a Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with customers and using your industry knowledge to achieve revenue targets. Your role will involve strategic planning, market analysis and implementing effective sales tactics to expand the company’s market presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
– Seeking out prospective clients across all platforms, industry research, generate leads, visiting, cold calling and networking
– Understand industry trends and customer needs through market research
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
– Negotiate contracts and close deals
– Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
– Identify and develop new customers and new business opportunities
– Be an effective conduit between company and customer
– Assist with new product development
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Possess minimum Diploma qualification in any related field
– Minimum 3 years in sales, with a significant part in a senior or leadership role
– Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop a high performing sales team
– Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships
– Skilled in strategic planning and execution by observing market trends and opportunities
– Passion for results and relentless drive to succeed
– Possess own transport
– Require outstation travelling if needed
– Language Skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential
ADDITIONAL INFO:
– Salary Range: RM2800-3500 (incentives / commission which will be subject to individual’s sales target hit rate and performance)

SALES EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a self-driven, aggressive and passionate individual to join our growing sales team. You will be contributing to the Company’s sales and profitability achievement according to Company’s targets and business plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Find and secure new sales opportunities to meet sales targets
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and increase revenue
– Record customer orders accurately for smooth processing and delivery
– Keep organized records of sales orders, transactions and client interactions
– Regularly update the sales management team on sales activities, performance, and client feedback to support decision-making
– Providing administrative support to the sales team, including generating reports and following up on outstanding payments
– Maintain healthy relationship with existing customers to ensure continuous and long-term business growth, building rapport with potential customers to generate new business
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
– Self-starter: able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Excellent organizational skills
– Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
– At least SPM-level/STPM/Diploma in a relevant field with 2 years experience
– Possess own transport
– Language skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential
